Woolley's Mill Inspection provides independent industrial inspection, non-destructive testing, quality assurance and equipment inspection services to manufacturers, fabricators and industrial facilities throughout Ontario.
We inspect the work
We verify welds, fabrication, materials and finished equipment against the drawings, specifications and codes they were built to meet — not a general impression of quality.
We test without damage
Magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic and visual testing find discontinuities at the surface and below it, without cutting into the part.

Inspection capabilities
Six capabilities, one job: telling you, in writing, whether the work meets the requirement.
Independent verification that fabrication, repairs and supplied equipment conform to drawings, specifications, codes and purchase order requirements — in-process, at hold points, or before you accept delivery.
Magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic and visual testing to locate surface and subsurface discontinuities in welds, castings and machined components.
Inspection of forklifts, telehandlers, heavy equipment and material-handling machinery — structural members, lifting points and welds, including equipment involved in a collision or repair.
Overhead and gantry cranes, hoists, lifting beams, below-the-hook devices and rigging hardware inspected against their design, load rating and service history.
Visual and NDT inspection of welds and fabricated assemblies against approved drawings and specifications, from the first weld to final acceptance.
Inspection of storage tanks, pressure vessels and process piping, including thickness verification and internal examination during shutdowns.
Independent eyes on the job
We attend a customer's facility, job site, manufacturer's shop or supplier location and independently verify that work is being completed in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, codes, welding procedures, inspection and test plans, and purchase order requirements.
In-process inspection, hold-point and witness-point attendance, dimensional and material verification, documentation review and final acceptance inspection — with progress reporting and photographic documentation along the way. Our inspectors verify conformance to your stated requirements; we do not provide professional engineering design or approval.
